I CAN'T LOG IN AND NEED TO RESET MY PASSWORD.

No worries! Click this link for the log in page then simply click the link that says 'Forgot password?', put in your email address and click submit. If you're still having trouble logging in or resetting your password, please email us at memberservice@horseandrider.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Head over to our Dashboard page where you can access all of your account information. Once you're in your dashboard, you can click on billing. On this page, scroll down to "Active Plan" and click the cancel button. If you're unable to cancel your account, please email us at memberservice@horseandrider.com.

HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC TRAINER AND HOW CAN I RECOMMEND A TRAINER TO BE ADDED?

You can go to our Catalog page and scroll down to the Filters option to select what you're looking for or use the Search button on the right hand side of the page. If you don't find the trainer you're looking for, please feel free to send us a recommendation to memberservice@horseandrider.com.
